The follow Me Router offers all the capabilities of the Single Channel FCT with the addition of a ‘Call Back’ feature - the subscriber can place calls through the router via any phone. How does it work? The subscriber need only call the Router - upon hearing a ringing tone, the subscriber simply hangs up and awaits the “call back”. On receiving this call, usually within a few seconds, the customer answers the phone and receives a dial tone; the customer may then dial a requested number of his/her choosing. This saves the cost of the call.A smart gateway that enables call routing through LCR - Least Cost Routing method
